Unfortunately our hotel offered free transfers and we didn't know that the person we found holding the sign was from our hotel and not the transfer company we had booked. The driver from the transfer company called us when he couldn't find us and it was then we realised what had happened. He was very good about it and very professional.

The great thing is that the company stays in contact with you. Also when you're arriving and have to wait in line for visa etc etc. My flight was delayed and the driver was still waiting. Very reliable!! It's very easy to meet your driver because of the sine and he was very friendly. Also helpful with luggage and buying a local sim card. Vehicle was clean!

Krish was waiting for us when we arrived. Water provided enroute to our accommodation. You can probably get an Uber for cheaper but it was convenient not having to worry about organising anything after a long flight. Krish was friendly and full of tips and suggestions for our time in Sri Lanka.
