The tours were super good, and with good English-speaking guides. Everything was well planned, and Juan, who we had contact with throughout the week, was very helpful. However, you should not expect to stay in luxury hotels, as 2/3 of the hotels you stay at are very local hotels and with employees who cannot speak English. But all in all, I think you got to see all sides of the Galapagos and that it was a very good solution to book this tour instead of having to book everything separately yourself.
