After pickup from your hotel in central Balneário Camboriú your tour will start at Barra Sul where you'll visit the pier and the Passarela that leads to Igrejinha da Barra. Then, board the Unipraias Park modern cable car at the Barra Sul station and ride up 240 meters to the Mata Atlântica Station. At the top, you'll have around 2 hours to visit the Parque Ambiental. There are several ecological walking trails that showcase the local fauna and flora, and you can enjoy wonderful panoramic views over the city. Optional activities are available including the Zip Ryder Zip Line, Youhoo Mountain Sled, and Enchanted Forest (these optional activities are not included in the tour price). Then, descend to Laranjeiras Station to enjoy the beach. You will find restaurants, shops, bars, and souvenirs stores onsite. At about 4:30 PM you'll return to Barra Sul station via the cable car. Continue your tour at Avenida Atlântica which has many unique buildings, bars, and restaurants. From there, you can see the beautiful Ilha das Cabras featured on postcards around the city. Finally, end your day at the highest point of the city, in the Cristo Luz Panoramic Complex and see the city light up at night before returning to your hotel.

Your first stop will be in São João Batista, a small town which you will discover is one of the largest poles of the shoe industry in southern Brazil. Whilst there, you will take some time to learn of the local trade. Following that, discover Nova Trento, colonized by immigrants from Trentino Alto Adige, northern Italy, in 1875. There you can explore its main attractions, such as a charming artisan winery that sells delicious colonial products. You will then encounter the Santa Paulina Sanctuary, which is dedicated to the first Brazilian saint canonized by the Pope in 2002. You will visit the complex and the Basilica, before moving onward to the Museum of Italian Culture. You will finally visit Brusque, a city which is considered the cradle of the textile industry and the capital of prompt delivery for southern Brazil. It was colonized by Germans and Poles who turned it into a major garment production hub. At the conclusion of your insightful tour of the Italian Route, you will be returned to your hotel.
