Full description
Experience Balinese and Indonesian cooking culture in Seminyak. Perfect as an educational session for you or your group, yet easy and fun, this tour includes an expert native Balinese chef to assist you in learning the culture, ingredients, and how to prepare and create authentic Balinese and Indonesian dishes. A certificate of completion is also included.
Your class will begin with a visit to the nearby local market from the cooking class venue. The mentoring chef will accompany and guide you from one stall to the next to find the ingredients which are required for the cooking class. The chef will help you to identify and select the best local herbs, spices, fresh fish, meats, vegetables, and fruits for completing your Balinese cooking experiment.
After your market tour, you will then come back to your cooking class venue and start preparing your dish. Interact with your fellow cooks and discover handy techniques as you prepare various dishes. Then, sit down to a meal and savour the delicious flavors.
