  • Mallorca: Half-Day Sea Caving Adventure

    1. Mallorca: Half-Day Sea Caving Adventure

Experience the spectacular caves of Cova des Coloms on a 5-hour caving adventure. The island of Mallorca is famous for its limestone caves and Cova des Coloms is the only sea cave system where you can swim inside. You’ll be picked up at your hotel and travel by mini-bus to the starting point of your adventure. All the necessary equipment will be provided, including protective helmets and a wetsuit. After a coastal walk of about 40 minutes, you'll swim out to the cave (a distance of about 300 meters). No prior experience in sea caving is required and you don't have to go under the water. These vertical cave systems are a great introduction to caving, and the conditions make this the perfect adventure for beginners and families.

Wonderful trip. The swimming is harder than I expected due to the wave. Our guides are great, they keep us safe all the time.

Create an amazing memory for you and your family with a sunrise and dolphin watching boat tour. Embark at the Port de Alcudia, and then head north. Watch as dawn breaks over the magnificent skyline of Mallorca.  Take in the breathtaking play of light created by the rising sun’s reflection in the water. After sunrise, cruise the areas where the dolphins swim. On the deck of the catamaran, you'll have the chance to relax and soak up the sun. Admire these impressive marine animals as they play in their natural habitat. Enjoy a small onboard breakfast including pastries, toast, ham, cheese, butter, marmalade, coffee, tea, and juice.

We had a wonderful experience onboard the Meet the Sea! We were greeted at the dock and left promptly. The team worked together to ensure the experience was great for both the adults and the children on board including our two boys (7 and 9). There was an introduction to the marine life we would see and it didn’t disappoint. Then, we toured a bit of the coast prior to anchoring outside Cala Salada. The tour provided inflatables, snorkels and masks, paddle boards and life vests if desired. We snorkeled in small groups and saw the marine life from Neptune Grass to holding a Sea Urchin. Drinks, snacks (popcorn) and a yummy roast chicken and pasta salad lunch were served. There was a treasure hunt and a pirate where the kids worked together to solve clues until they found their loot. We would do it again!

This activity was simply magnificent! Even the walk (to and from) was great. The cave itself was one of the most beautiful nature phenomenons I’ve ever witnessed. The guides were very polite and made sure everybody was comfortable and safe.

Great experience, might not suit anyone who is claustrophobic
