Head to the meeting point, then board the activity provider's shuttle to base camp. Once there, jump onboard your single-seater kayak/packraft and get ready to paddle. As you tackle the rapids, try to take in views of the astonishing nature surrounding you, including the ancient rocks of the Garfagnana Valley and Lima Gorges.
