Ballooning is expensive, but it was worth it. Service was great. They served bread and coffee before the flight, oriented us re: safety, Adrian our Swiss pilot was engaging and there was wine and light snacks served after the landing. View of Bagan was beautiful.

Grasshopper tours and Ye Ye, our guide for this 20km bike tour were well organised, safety conscious and so enjoyable. Ye Ye was knowledgeable about the history of the various pagodas, knew just where to stop for shade and a drink and was a fun person.

I met fellow travelers there and I was bafffled that we paid different prices for the exact tour. What gives???

Great views of the plain. If you never had try riding a baloon, this should be your first. It was for mee.
