Gubei Water Town is actually a replica of the Wuzhen Water Town in Southern China. Stroll around old streets, try local Chinese snacks, shop at the outdoor bizarres which is especially beautiful at night. While Simatai Section of the Great Wall is one of the more wild and authentic sections of the wall and has a beautiful view of Gubei and the surrounding mountains from the top. Save time and money taking this dedicated bus direct to the Badaling section of the Great Wall. Climb aboard the bus departing from downtown Beijing City and arrive at Badaling (the tour guide will offer the tickets service on the bus).
