Very interesting and informative tour to the western part of Sao Miguel! The weather was changeable but it just cleared up in time for the best views, so we saw the island in all its beauty! Thank you very much to our guide Philip for interesting stories, for the road, for all the cool places and for a sincere and delicious lunch! There was a feeling that we went with our best friend who shows us his favorite places. Highly recommend!

Our tour guide was super fun and the tour itself was flexible enough to appeal to what we were interested in (more/less time in places & we stopped for pastries). Even though the weather was not sunny, the island was still beautiful and we got to see almost everything. This is a great fast tour if you don't have too much time!

We had an incredible time with Fernando, a true São Miguel gem with a wealth of knowledge and a sense of humor. The tour was fun, well-paced, and filled with lots of nice scenery and insights. It was an absolute pleasure hearing stories about the island's history, geology, vegetation, and so much more! A+.
