After the briefing, board the designated boat and head out to sea. The boat will approach the whales slowly and carefully as the naturalist guides and marine biologists on board provide commentary. The boat trip also includes a tour around the Princess Ring Islet of Vila Franca do Campo, for an up-close look at the volcano and resident wildlife. What a great experience and in such professional hands. Saw pilot whales - really calm and peaceful, and Goldfinho dolphins, who really interacted with us and were not shy at all. The staff and team really knew their stuff and what respect for the sea and marine life! Really good value for money.

My whale watching tour was awesome! We had a great guide and captain. We were educated about keeping the ocean healthy. But mainly learned a lot about the whales and dolphins . We went to the boat and boy what an amazing trip. I loved the ride and then we got to see a sperm whale, lots of dolphins. And my most cherished moment:the whale calf that came to investigate our boat, but then quickly went to its mother to get nourished. Wherever you get the opportunity go take this tour. The staff is amazing, friendly and they know what they're doing. And they do it with love!

We received a very warm welcome, we had a good briefing regarding types of whales and dolphins one would potentially expect to see while on the boat, the skipper and the guide were super friendly and took good care of us. We have been lucky to see the stripped dolphins, dotted dolphins and the sperm wales.
