The tour was amazing. Mattia was incredible knowledgeable and approachable. The choice of the different Balsamic vinegars we got to try was well done, especially the treat of the 100 year one. A nice surprise was the little pranzo after our tour, where we got to taste their own Lambrusco and more vinegar with a selection of cold cuts and Parmesan - as we didn’t realise it was included in the tour. Definitely a must do when in the area.
Mattia was amazing and the experience was magical! I never had REAL balsalmic vinegar until this tour. WOW! I couldn't recommend this tour more!
