We could never say enough about our experience during our tour. You have to start with Sandra and Nicholas. Their infectious personalities endear them to you within minutes. They could not be more gracious and kind hosts. What they designed and even helped build -- their solar houseboat which can also be rented as an AirBnB -- is almost the highlight of the tour down the Marne. You will be left with your jaw on the floor when you tour their vessel, most especially if you are fascinated by innovation and/or love our planet and want to do everything you can to care for it. The tour is so very relaxing. The charm and serenity of this part of Champagne is too little known. Some of our favorite moments were waving at the locals -- they usually waved first -- whether they were fishing, taking a stroll, horseback riding, walking their dogs, etc. I hope is to return sometime soon and rent their boat for several days. Sandra and Nicholas, thanks for this incredible experience.

Sandra and Nicholas were amazing. And the house boat is stunning. A lovely little cruise, great champagne, and lots of information. We will definitely return.

10/10! You MUST do this boat tour if you’re in Ay. Our hosts were fantastic and the boat is spectacular.

You will learn more about champagne here than most of the biggest champagne houses cellar tours.

Had a fabulous RELAXING Time! Hosts were great. Hope to try an overnite trip in the future.
