One of the best wine tastings of my life (and that’s saying a lot). Our guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and was able to be flexible with the schedule given that my wife and I had already tasted a few of the wineries on the agenda. The wines were FANTASTIC. Overall a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend!

We were grateful for the pickup as we were staying at a hotel just outside of town and with this being a wine tasting tour, neither of us wanted to drive. After our pickup we went into town to collect another 2 couples. A very interesting tour with some good stops showing us what the region had to offer including the renowned Chateau Neuf de Papes region. Along with stops to taste, we also had stops by some lovely vineyards for views and get a real sense of the region. A small group made it very personal. Would recommend this tour.

It was a VERY good tour. The wine tastings were plentiful and our guide, Thierry, was able to answer all of our many questions. My mistake, but for 5 hours I was expecting a small amount of food to go along with the wine. This was only a problem of GYG helping to manage my expectations. I could easily have packed some bread/cheese/charcuterie etc which would have helped our group’s experience. If not GYG, then maybe the guide could let us know at the beginning of the tour and at least offered a quick stop to pick up a bit of food? Our stops were great, the tastings were all good, and the presentations were also very friendly and informative. Overall, 4+. Not quite 5.
