Experience cycling through authentic neighborhoods of Athens, towards the sea where you can enjoy swimming. At first you ride below the Acropolis and then you take the main cycling path of the Greek capital. You ride through non touristic areas of Athens and following the riverbed of Ilissos River, to reach the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, where the national opera and library are housed and its park; a fine exemple of typical Mediterranean garden. You arrive on the coast of the Saronic Gulf and after passing by the marinas, you reach at the beach where you can swim.

Starting from the center of Athens, cycle through quiet neighborhoods for about 8 kilometers on safe bike lanes to reach the Athens “Riviera”. Ride on safe bike lanes to reach Niarchos cultural center that will house the new National Library and the National Opera. Ride along the coast for about 4 kilometers, passing by many interesting attractions such as the Tae Kwon do indoor hall, the Averof ship museum and Marina Flisvos. Your final destination is a nice beach, where you will have plenty of time for a coffee break or a light lunch. After about 30 minutes free time at the beach, take the same way back to the city center of Athens. Stop at a famous local pastry shop for a sampling of amazing Greek pies. At the end of the tour your guide will give you tips and suggestions for the rest of your holidays in Athens.
