Then, taste an award-winning Chablis, as well as 6 other magnificent wines. Afterward, stop in the charming town of Chablis, where you can purchase some lunch. In the afternoon, visit a family-run winery that has been in operation since 1453. Meet the current owner, a 21st-generation winemaker, and taste 5 of their favorite family wines. Later, make a stop at the third and final winery for a tour of the largest cellars in the region, followed by a tasting of 2 of their sparkling Crémant wines. Relax on your return journey to Paris.

Oenologist and winemaker in Chablis since 1989, Clotilde Davenne, takes care, with her team, of 3o hectares of small plots of vines, grape varieties and different ages, spread over the villages of Saint-Bris, Chablis and Irancy. This typically Burgundian mosaic allows her to devote herself entirely to the development of exceptional cuvées that she likes to make discover and share. We welcome you to the Clotilde Davenne in Préhy for this experience ;-) Visit the vineyards at the foot of the estate with explanations on the terroir and its history, discovery of the vintage followed by a tasting of the wines of our production. One stop at a rest area will be made. 10:00 - 11:15 Arrival in the Chablis area. It takes 1,5 hours (130 km). 12:30 - 14.00 Free time in Chablis village. You can enjoy the small town or we reserve for You a gastronomic lunch. You pay directly to the Restaurant. 14:00 Departure destination Chateau de Pommard close to Beaune (135 km on the highway). It takes 1,5 hours. 16.00 - 17:30 Arrival at Chateau de Pommard - one of the most famous domaines of Burgundy, close to Beaune and surrounded by the vineyards. Wine tasting of a selection of 5 wines from Château de Pommard and Famille Carabello-Baum "La Route des Grands Crus" with a professional sommelier. You will learn how Burgundy’s star grapes Pinot Noir and Chardonnay express themselves across Burgundy’s villages and terroirs. You will learn about: the 5 subregions of Burgundy and their specialties, about the famous wine road La Route des Grands Crus, about how the natural factors do influence the taste and about Burgundy’s classifications. 17:30 Departure to Paris 312 km (highway). Hop in the car and we'll take you on a tour of the Chablis vineyards! We'll visit the different plots and explain the Chablis terroir and the winemaker's craft, giving you the opportunity to learn a little more about the vine, its cultivation and the winemaker's work throughout the year. Beaune is an ancient and historic town and the "Capital of Burgundy wines" located between Lyon and Dijon with a population of about 23 thousand inhabitants. Hôtel-Dieu de Beaune (Hospices of Beaune) located in the town center, is one of the best-preserved renaissance buildings in Europe. 15:15 - 16:15 Wine tasting with a professional sommelier of Burgundy wines in the cellars «The Patriarch and Sons». The Caves Patriarche are located in the center of Beaune. The 5 kilometers of tunnels that make it up run under the city and make it one of the largest cellars in Burgundy. It’s also a place full of history, founded in 1780, located in the former convent. 16:15 Departure to the close-located Chateau de Pommard. 16.30 - 18:00 Arrival at Chateau de Pommard - one of the most famous domains of Burgundy, close to Beaune and surrounded by vineyards.
