Come experience the beauty of Lake Austin on a private, partially guided pontoon boat cruise that departs from Loop 360 Boat Ramp located below the southern end of the iconic Pennybacker Bridge. Our friendly boat captain will pick you up at the docks.

Just a short drive from Downtown, Lake Austin is home to 22 miles of natural beauty and several great sightseeing views, including privately-owned waterfront and cliffside homes and popular shoreside restaurants. Unique to Lake Austin is its clear, constant-level water and intimate setting, making for the most capture-worthy pictures to cherish and share.

Reserve the boat for up to 13 people and choose between two great options:
2 hour rental - Perfect for a shorter getaway OR
4 hour rental - For a more extended adventure

Whether you’re looking to celebrate an upcoming wedding, graduation, birthday or just want some quality family time - either is a perfect option. Included is the boat rental, a Wake Riderz boat captain and use of an Aqua Lily Pad should you wish to stop and take a dip. All boats are equipped with a foldable dual canopy for front-to-back overhead sun shading, a Bluetooth enabled stereo system, a charging port for cell phones and an Aqua Lily Pad.

Return to Loop 360 Boat Ramp after a fun-filled time on the water. While you're out, you may even catch sight of Austin's own professional wakesurfers, Ashley Kidd and Raleigh Hager!

Loop 360 Boat Ramp is located below the southern end of Pennybacker Bridge over Lake Austin. Upon arrival, please let the staff at the entrance booth know that you have a reservation with Wake Riderz. Upon entering, you'll board the boat from the docks down by the water.

  • -This experience will take place rain or shine, with the exception of inclement weather. Inclement weather includes pouring rain, extremely rough water conditions, lightning or extreme temperatures. Inclement weather cancellations are made at the sole discretion of Wake Riderz.
  • -Coolers and food & alcoholic beverages are permitted.
  • -Arrive 30 minutes prior to departure. Arrival after scheduled departure time can't be compensated for with additional time.
  • -There is no restroom on the boat.
  • -Waiver of Release and Liability will be required to sign upon boarding.
  • -This is a public access boat ramp operated by Travis County, from which we depart & return only. Parking is limited on weekends. We HIGHLY encourage using a ride share service on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • -$5 entry fee per person, payable by cash only ($3 for ages 62+). No fee for ages 12 and under.
  • -Smoking is not permitted.

We had an excellent experience on Lake Austin with Captain Spencer. The excursion was meant to be a Lake Austin tour for some visiting international customers. Spencer was incredibly knowledgable of the lake and the wildlife in the area. He also pointed out lots of celebrity homes. Our visiting guests loved the tour and had a great time. Thanks again Spencer! We hope to get back on the water again soon.
