The tour and the guide were fine! Good explanation and also enough time to look and process. What we found very difficult: it is very busy at the entrance and the guide was not recognizable dressed. Did not wear work clothes or company sign. Because of this it took quite a while until the guide and we found each other.

I was there for the second time, and for the first time with my husband, whose grandfather died there, Sorrow and reverie accompanied us from the very beginning. A great guide, who was friends with the former prisoners of the camp and told them shocking stories about this place. a tribute to the innocent and brutally killed.

Due to circumstances my excursion time was changed, this was passed on to me well in time by both mail and a watts app, which I have experienced as very good. You will be led by the tour leader past the checkpoints, after which the guide will take over. At the end of the tour we were met again by the excursion leader who told us where part 2 would take place and who also came there to hand the group over to the guide. It took a while for the guide to arrive at tour 2, so the tour leader improvised with a bit of extra history (he used to give tours himself) and that was worth a big compliment. So well organized and you can book your tour here with peace of mind!
