Was send an amended time of departure the day before the trip- only 10 minutes earlier, alone with details for the trip. Transportation was on time and easy to locate. Coach driver and tour guide both very informative and helpful. Camp 1- short break- Camp 2

This was a long day but Anna was excellent super driver and guide and so respectful to those who lost their lives in these death camps - she was on time clear in her guiding and went the extra to make this a good day

pick up well communicsted and on point, Joanna, our guide in salt mine, and Michael for Auschwitz and Birkenau were so knowleadgeable and kind and made the locations visited on this day trip truly memorable!

Great tour guides, transport was simple and easy. Everything was very organised so you could really take in your surroundings rather than worrying about missing a bus etc. Highly recommend.
