Full description

Visit the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum with the convenience of a pre-booked, fast-track entrance ticket. Uncover the dark past of the former concentration camps and see the remaining buildings and original artifacts on a poignant tour with a licensed guide. After making your own journey to the memorial site, be greeted at the entrance to Auschwitz I by a host who will give you your skip-the-line ticket and prepare you for the guided tours. Once inside the Auschwitz I Museum, embark on a walking tour with one of the museum's official guides and begin to explore the remains of the Nazi camp's barracks, watchtowers, and crematoriums. With the help of the provided headset, listen as your guide tells about the ghastly Nazi crimes committed in the camps and hear stories of the everyday lives of the prisoners. Next, take a bus to the Auschwitz-Birkenau II Memorial for a guided walking tour. Witness gas chambers and the remains of the railway that transported prisoners to the camps. Commemorate the camp’s victims and discover stories of survival in the memorial site. Afterward, feel free to walk around on your own with as much time as desired inside Auschwitz-Birkenau II.

Guide we’ve got was awesome, museum also, but what was wrong: *meeting point marked in the wrong place *not good communication with person who organize everything, had to ask couple times what we must to do after first part of excursion, nobody explained that we need to travel to another part of museum by bus without guide. *Last evening changed excursion time, made two hours earlier, we were 400 km away from the meeting point that evening and had to start our travel at night.

The tour was amazing only down side is that the if you are travelling to it yourself and not via the couch the meet location is incorrect and takes you to a government building and had to call the agent to locate where we need to meet but after that was plain sailing would do again

My ticket was to get a guided tour at Auschwitz. I didn't know I was part of a group that was being bussed in from Krakow. I turned up on time. They were late and the tour started 40 mins late. They apparently tried to call but I did not receive anything. I needed to leave slightly earlier to catch a train anyway but their lateness meant I missed the whole second part of the tour - Birkenau. Disappointing. The tour I did do and the guide were very good though. Chilling and sad but that's Auschwitz.
