Booked the tour the day before with immediate availability for the following day. The only mistake is the timing not respected: visit booked for 12.30 but no one showed up at the meeting point. Following my contact with the customer service I resolved and with an hour late we left for the visit with a very prepared guide is available. It is an extremely intense emotionally experience that I recommend to everyone and I would make it compulsory for schools because it helps with the obligation to remember.

I bought the tour in Italian and the guide was really great. Unfortunately, the organization is very weak. It's hard to find an organizer under the museum, ours was also late, which we were not informed about. Additionally, the ticket price includes "transport within the museum area", and the problem was to take us by coach with a group to Birkenau. Summing up, your guide is a great plus, but the organization is weak.

We were not informed that the pilot was late and that we would travel by our own means of transport to Brzezinka. Considering that we parked the car in the parking lot 1 km from the Museum and paid PLN 40 for the parking lot, the transition to the parking lot and our own access to the second part of the camp was pointless. We quit. It is a pity that we were not told that we had to make sure the car was close. It was very nice to meet a very knowledgeable guide. She saved the overall impression, thank you for a great history lesson.
