Utrolig hyggelig sjåfør som hentet oss på hotellet og kjørte oss tilbake. Guiden var veldig profesjonell og engasjert! Det var en spennende tur gjennom Auschwitz og Birkenau, men med utrolig mye informasjon. Alt i alt en fin opplevelse, men man må regne med mye gåing, mye informasjon og lite rom for mat- og drikkeinntak. Anbefaler alle likevel å ta turen!

Picked up from outside our hotel. travel was good going over. we were a group of 2 with 6 other people in the group. If we were to go back we would do entrance only ticket as we would have liked to go and look on our own, but we enjoyed the experience. Lunch WASNT included in this even though it was supposed to be so we didn't take anything, which was a bit annoying. If we knew it wasn't going to be provided before hand we would have supplied out own drinks and snacks. We actually went all day without a drink. Not ideal, but whatever. I think this should have been explained before we travelled!!!

Comfortable journey with pick-up and drop off. Tour guide was really good . There was a confusion about the lunch , as the booking listed lunch included but was not the case . It was fine as one is not too hungry during this visit . For the purpose of the visit, all was fine
