I had pre-booked. The bus was easy to find, and the ticket easily accessed by the company. I happened to catch the bus just as it was about to leave the airport. The driver was friendly and helpful, and the free wifi very useful
Excellent service! My flight was delayed by an hour and the driver was at the pick up point waiting for me. Pleasant ride to cbd, quicker then I expected esp it was just after 5pm work day.
