All went well, although because I made the booking on the day of travel I didn't automatically get tickets electronically, just the voucher. I realised that this didn't constitute tickets so checked on arrival. I was quickly and courteously issued with paper tickets.

Well organised, super friendly staff, very informative, great fun, great values as a company protecting wildlife- it was clear everybody in the crew loved their job, especially sea creatures. Great experience - would donut again.

Wonderful day and wonderful experience. Would highly recommend it. Lovely informative day out on the water.

When checking in it was hard because they didn't have a scanner for my ticket

Ferry ride was quick and staff were very kind and professional
