I was booked to take the 10am tour but was called an hour and a half before that to cancel because of an event taking place in Atlanta at that time. I agreed to take the 2pm tour but spent an hour and a half trying to find the meeting place. After 2 phone calls to try and find them they left without me and I was still charged the tour price. To say I’m upset is an understatement as I only had one full day in Atlanta. Their organisation should have just blocked the 10am time slot out. It’ wasn’t very professional
Many thanks to John, we had a great tour through downtown Atlanta. We always felt safe. The Segways were in very good condition and we learned a lot about the city. Highly recommended. John was a very pleasant guide who always had a smile on his face. 1A Top!!!
Very nice guide and a beautiful tour to places you would not find as a tourist, a lot to see and great fun!
Tour operator was informative and attentive. Loved the segway, was really fun and easy to use
