From Athens: Mycenae, Epidaurus & Nafplio Full Day Trip

our guide Vivian was fantastic! She shared great information about the history, mythology and art both through the landscape we drove through and to prepare us for what we were about to see. easy to get to the tour bus via metro - very comfortable ride. mycenae was fantastic and the timing felt perfect though we missed the secret sistern. we only got a taste of nafplio. I wish there had been a bit more information to help us decide how to spend the 2 hours in nafplio for example either a suggested walking route or the idea of getting a taxi to palamidi fortress. this was the one stop where despite the beautiful scenery we felt we didn't make the best use of time (and /or adding an extra hour to the tour would be great). Epidaurus time was just right for the site. overall we enjoyed it greatly!

The trip to Mycenae, Epidaurus and Nafplio was absolutely outstanding. Our guide Georgei was very knowledgeable, friendly and an absolute credit to the company. The van was clean, comfortable and efficient, but the stunning sites were enhanced by the background provided by Georgei before and after visiting. Each site offered a look at different times in Greek history and was efficiently done with plenty of information and time given at each site. Nafplio with it's harbour and abundance of eateries and history, was a very worthwhile stop between Mycenae and Epidaurus. Would highly recommend this tour, company and their guides.
