From Athens: Full Day Private Tour of Delphi

First of all, I had to change the date of my tour after arriving in Greece, and the company was quick to accomodate me after I phoned them. Much appreciated! My driver was Alex, and he was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable about Greek history. Great conversation made the 2.5 hour ride to Delphi like nothing. Had plenty of time at Delphi to see all the ruins (up to the top) and the museum, and they are exceptional to see. Afterwards, Alex made a reservation for lunch at a hilltop restaurant in a small town near Delphi. The view was great, and I got a seat right by the window looking out over the countryside. After lunch, we went to Arachova and had plenty of time to walk around and peruse a few shops before then beginning the ride back to Athens. Alex was so flexible on time at each stop, and I never felt anything but relaxed and able to fully enjoy the sights. This is so much better than being on a group tour!! Our day at Delphi was amazing. we decided to travel in private transpirt to give us flexibilty in timings. Alex our driver was amazung as well as giving us flexibility in timings when we wanted to stay longer he is vety knowledgable on history and gad a good sense of humour. he took us to a great family restaurant for lunch which qS lovely. Alex made our day!
