It was a truly memorable day, surrounded by the breathtaking natural landscape of Meteora. The towering rock formations and the serene beauty of the area were even more captivating as we visited its famous monasteries. Panos’ knowledge of the region made the experience all the more special, allowing us to appreciate both the history and the awe-inspiring views of this unique place. For lunch, he took us to an incredible family-run restaurant in the village, where we enjoyed delicious, authentic food in a cozy atmosphere. Panos was, by far, the best guide we’ve had on any of our trips so far. His deep knowledge of the area, combined with his warm and engaging personality, made the experience unforgettable. We truly felt like we were in great hands throughout the entire journey.
The day trip was one of the best experiences on our trip to Greece. Our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, and is one of the main reasons for the experience being 5-star. The views are breathtaking and will leave you speechless. This area is one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world.
