  • To reach the Acropolis, exit Acropolis metro station (Line 2), head towards Dionysiou Areopagitou Street, and walk along it. The Theatre of Dionysus will be on your right.

If you have time, highly recommend taking a guided tour to really soak in the history, we just had timed tickets as we couldn't manage a guided tour. it is truly a marvel of the ancient world.
