Came on honeymoon, and spotted this little gem in the activities lists. We both love theater - and ancient Greek theater is a fave - so we went for it! It was brilliant. The handmade masks were beautiful. The players were not just talented, it was also clear how hard they work at every aspect. It's a well oiled machine at this point! We loved the excerpts, and the tie-in story. On top of all that, the rooftop views are wonderful. The backdrop above the stage is a lit-up Acropolis, and all around you can see the city spread out, lights a-twinkling, moon shining. It was just great, and we'd highly recommend it!

A great experience for a slightly different evening. The theater is located on a roof terrace behind the Roman agora at the foot of the Acopolis, the view alone is worth a visit. The play itself was lovingly staged and we laughed a lot, but it is more aimed at an adult audience. The time has just passed by.

We loved the show. This experience was mesmerizing. The staff is very nice and offered a warm welcoming. The view from the rooftop is absolutely beautiful we can see Athena temple and a huge part of Plaka. The actors delivered so well their speeches. We learned, we laughted and we appreciated the show. We recommend this theater.
