The Knowledge of the guide was excellent and the produce, food and hospitality was amazing. Beautiful outdoor area where we sampled the produce however a little too warm. We could’ve asked to move indoors, so this was our fault. The view was also amazing.

This is a tour for wine lovers who want to taste the features of natural and authentic wines, while trying local fare and enjoying the fresh air on Mount Subasio's slopes. On your guided tour of this family-owned, organic winery, you'll get an inside look at the full production cycle, from vineyards to bottle. Then, you'll taste five different organic wines, each paired with hot bruschetta, a selection of typical Norcia salami and local cheeses with jams and organic balsamic vinegar.  * The pickup and drop-off is not included.
