What people are saying about Assisi

The most beautiful of Assisi in half a day. Countless experiences, facts, explanations about buildings, paintings, churches, Francis, etc... which would otherwise not be found on the internet or in travel guides. Guide Francesca even worked overtime to give us all the explanations. Highly recommended, especially at the beginning of eg a few days of Assisi; after that you can visit other monuments, churches, etc... much better yourself. Assisi is overwhelming, moving, wonderfully beautiful, very cozy and so authentic, with very friendly people above all. Not to mention the restaurants! Super umbrian rustic kitchen and oh so cheap.

Excellent walking tour with our guide Alessandra. Alessandra was extremely knowledgeable, helpfully flexible with our tour start time when we had public transport delays, and provided an overall first class tour for us. I cannot recommend this tour enough - take it when you visit Assisi, it is enjoyable, good value, you will learn a lot, and the tour price you pay will feel money well spent

Assissi was beautiful and a wonderful place to visit. Having a tour and understanding the history made our stop at Assissi even more amazing. We were late for a small group tour and our guide kept in contact with us and met us as soon as possible. She was excellent.

Paolo was an amazing guide who not only shared his art history background which was very informative- but also his personal passion for St Francis and St Clare that helped us understand and appreciate these two saints and the historic time in which they lived.

A great walking tour full of history and fascinating insights. Andrea was a very knowledgable and professional guide with excellent English. Highly recommended!
