He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of Assisi, from the ancient Roman times to the present. He knew about architecture, food, religion, you name it. His English was amazingly advanced and perfect. He was also very attentive to our requests and our comfort, stopping for refreshments, etc. Highly recommend!

This was a fascinating and one of the best walking tours I’ve done. I struck lucky as it turned into a private tour just for me. I was shown places in Assisi I would never have come across by myself. Alex was a great guide. Highly recommend this trip for anyone visiting Assisi.

We had Alex as our guide. He's a guy who's lived in Assisi since he was little and who's really passionate about his city, he's been fascinating. Be careful, the visit lasts 3 hours but with Alex it's 3h30 easy because he also wants to show the anecdotes. Really a great guide. For people who don't like the Catholic Church, Assisi is not the best choice because the history of this city is strongly linked to St Francis and St Clare. Be careful, it goes up and down, you have to be in good shape!
