The instructors were patient, knowledgeable and made the whole experience enjoyable. They shared cultural insights alongside cooking tips. The market tour was a fantastic introduction, showcasing the fresh, local ingredients we'd be using. It was a sensory explosion! The class itself was incredibly hands-on. We learned authentic recipes and techniques, not just watched a demonstration. Of course, the best part was eating the delicious meal we prepared. The flavors were incredible and we felt a real sense of accomplishment. This idea and the tour of cooking class and market tour offered a wonderful cultural immersion. It was a fantastic way to experience the local cuisine and learn about the region's traditions. I do recommend this tour!
