What a wonderful day we had. Mel, our driver guide, was a great character with lots of knowledge of all the attractions and places to visit. The day was filled with numerous different places for everyone to enjoy. Some liked the historical sceneries, some liked the aboriginal heritage and cultural impacts but we all were stunned by the gorges and the animals on display or in expectation. Sadly swimming was not possible but that was understandable when considering that the occasional ‘salty’ may be around looking for a feast. The wet season made up for it with a display of lush greens and decent amount of water flow. Lunch was marvellous with various options well catered for.
I enjoyed the cruise at Nitmiluk and swimming at Edith falls however I felt like time dragged on abit in.regards to stopping and I think our time could have been longer at Edith falls. good value for money though I do recommend it
It was a beautiful trip into the Australian bush and wetlands with a knowledgable and friendly guide/driver. It gave also a very interesting insights into Aboriginal rock art and culture. Can recommend it!
brilliant trip, beautiful landscapes, good guide, nice lunch but no bbq as described, nice cruise on the river, it was just very hot and humid, no swimming through the crocodiles
It was a bequtiful day and the guides were very knowledgeable and friendly.
