The Bar Tour was an awesome opportunity to get to know people and experience the night life of Buenos Aires. I was traveling alone to Argentina and tend to be a bit on the shy side, but really wanted the opportunity to meet more people and see some of the local bars/clubs. I was initially quite hesitant to sign up for the bar tour, but after reading so many positive reviews I decided I’d give it a shot — and I do not regret my decision. I was quite nervous walking up to the meeting point as it seemed quite low-key on the outside and I wasn’t sure I was in the right place. As soon as I entered the building and got to the meetup room, the nerves quickly began to disappear as there were so many other people chatting, playing games and just having a good time. I ended up meeting a lot of people from both Argentina as well as making friends with other international travelers. If you’re considering this tour and are on the fence about it — just do it! You will not regret it.

We took the walking tour with Vito as our guide today and it was a fantastic experience! The tour was both very interesting and a lot of fun. Vito managed to share the history of La Boca and it's culture in a way that was engaging and easy to follow. What made it even more special were the personal anecdotes he added here and there — those little stories gave the tour a personal touch and made La Boca even more interesting. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Buenos Aires!

Alejandra was a great guide. Fun, entertaining and knowledgeable. This tour is best done in warmer weather and on a day in which the markets are open. The only day we had was a Monday and many of the shops were closed, but we knew that going into it. It was also the coldest day of the year. I would do this again, but select a different day of the week and a different time of year
