What people are saying about Archaeological Site of Olympia

Overall rating

4.7
(370 reviews)

We really enjoyed the tour, but felt there should be one hour extra added to it to fully appreciate both the Kourouta beach and Olympia. You first visit the beach, which is a great decision as both the beach and then Olympia were alot less crowded. However, given that we had to dry off before getting back on the bus to go to Olympia, we felt that the stop was 30 minutes too short. We also hardly had time to swim, walk and dry, with no time to eat a bite except while walking with it. Beach is lovely, chairs and parasols available. Olympia was stunning and the guide was very interesting and knowledgeable. Good amount of information and overview of sites. At the end of the tour, we had 15 minutes of free time before returning to the bus and this was not enough. We would have appreciated 30 minutes more to be able to take pictures and visit the buildings not viewed during the tour. So, great tour, great guides, just too short!

This tour was a wonderful experience. The winery we went to visit was absolutely beautiful. The owner and her daughter were so welcoming and spent the time to explaining the difference in the wines. These wines were so delicious. I definitely say this tour is worth every penny!

included museum entry and the ancient Olympic ruins. excellent audio guide, lasted 1h and was a good amount of detail and easy to follow

Our transfer to Olympia was well organized, convenient to our port and we felt well taken care of in a full-sized coach with A/C.

Brilliant, informative guide for a great walking tour. Well priced and the tour company were easy to deal with. Great day!
