Visit the ruins of Herculaneum! Over time, the memory of the location of the ancient Roman city was lost, and it was not until 1710 that a farmer, Ambrogio Nucerino, digging a well to irrigate his vegetable garden, recovered many valuable marble fragments, which only later were understood to belong to the theater of the ancient city. A day before the tour our team will contact you via whatsapp or via email: we will send you the tickets and all the informations you need. Be sure to download on your smartphone all the contents before the visit. The ruins and museums don't have free Wi-Fi and mobile network coverage is not always good. Reservations arriving after 6 p.m. will be processed the following morning after 8 a.m.

Michele, the archeologist was very passionate about history of Herculaneum and Pompeii. He doesn’t just explain as part of his job but because he loves being a tour guide. I enjoyed learning interesting facts and stories behind the destruction. This tour was worth it and enjoyed being part of it. It’s a minibus and tour was on time.

Diego is the perfect guide. We’ve learned so much from him. Me and my 6 years old son were equally impressed and loved the way he presented us the history behind Herculaneum. We definitely recommend this tour for adults and kids.

the audio guide was invaluable, very little information on site. It worked well with the numbers indicatedvon the buildings and area. What an awesome experience.

Diego was very knowledgeable and an experienced guide. he kept things interesting and fun. Overall great experience and a very well organized tour.

Fabulous day trip with knowledgeable and entertaining guide.
