We had a fantastic time at the park. we arrived early around 9.30 on a week day and they were no queues at the rides. So my recommendation is not to buy any express passes upfront. The price is on the high side but well worth it- the park is very well maintained, facilities very clean and safety taken seriously.

Great park and atmosphere. Not as big as we expected but even so there is plenty to keep you busy. My recommendation is get there for when it opens at 10am. No ques for any ride till 12 ish. Dont use the lockers at the main entrance as its a long way to walk back if you need anything. Use the lockers at Baracuda instead which is in the centre of the park. Use the buggies to travel there as the drivers help you find your way at the begining of your visit.

The water park is fab, lots of variations of water slides/water experiences for all ages and cannot fault the staff or cleanliness. The only frustration is the aquaexpress tickets and how they mean a queue can start as 10-15 mins but with these ticket holders arriving and receiving priority there’s a risk you can be in a queue far longer. The regular tickets are value for money, but if you really want the option to be able to get on everything and spend more time on slides than in the queues then they are the only way to guarantee this. If you’re not going to get an express ticket then the best option is to get there early and do all the really popular slides as soon as possible because by 12 the queues are longer and the waiting times shown on screens don’t account for aquaexpress ticket holders joint queues at the front. Food options were good, relatively expensive but not ridiculous. Great day out for the family!
