A Fabulous activity to add to our stay in Wadi Rum. The Team were very friendly. Robert the owner and Guide was amazing and chatted to us every step of the way from arrival with hot coffee and biscuits through the safety briefing and set up of the Balloon and during the flight, giving us an interesting insight into the controls and flight of the balloon and the area we were flying over. He gave us tips for our photos and the best times at sunrise to take them. We were in the air for about an hour! It was great to know that we were contributing to a local company with staff employees from the Bedouin community. It was a once in a lifetime experience and I would thoroughly recommend using Balloons Over Rum for a safe, enjoyable and worthwhile Hot air Balloon trip.

Unbelievable! Picked up direct from our dome, transported across the desert where we met our pilot Robert. A good quality safety briefing was conducted, which is important for this type of activity and it gave me confidence in the operator. After this the balloon was prepped by the ground team and in sequence we entered the balloon. The ride itself was phenomenal. Great to be in the air, watching the sunrise in silence. Robert pointed out points of interest and gave some background information on the local area, Jordan and his passion ballooning. A safe and secure landing was completed before we were whisked away back to our dome for onward travel. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

The ride takes place early in the morning in order to be able to catch the famous Wadi Rum sunrise.
