■Ticket Delivery Schedule:
・Paper tickets (not electronic tickets) will be shipped in late July, prior to the event.
⚠︎We are unable to ship earlier than late July.

・Tickets will be mailed directly to your hotel or accommodation in Japan.
We will contact you via WhatsApp or your registered email address to confirm the delivery details if needed.

*Tickets will be shipped based on this information, so please make sure to provide all the details when making your booking.

⚠︎Tickets cannot be sent to unmanned accommodations (e.g., vacation rentals) or places that cannot accept registered mail (e.g., schools).
Please confirm that your hotel can receive Simplified Registered Mail (Kan’i Kakitome).

・Once the tickets are shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp. Please make sure to check for updates.

⚠︎In some cases, tickets may be collected at a designated location in Aomori on the day of the event. We will notify you by email in advance if this is the case.

⚠︎ Our company will not be held responsible for any damage after receiving a report of completed delivery to the hotel where you are staying.
Please be careful not to lose them.

⚠︎ Please go directly to the location and present your paper ticket at the local entrance gate.
*The location of the bleachers will be at the discretion of our company.
*Seat numbers are listed on the ticket.

*We expect extreme heat, so please take care to stay hydrated and in good physical condition. Please take precautions against the heat, such as bringing a hat. (Parasols are not permitted)

*We recommend that you bring a raincoat in case of rain. (Rain umbrellas are not permitted)

*Please be aware that the restroom facilities are inadequate.

*The use of tripods is prohibited in the bleacher area. Photography and videography are not permitted.

*Smoking is not permitted.

*Persons who behave in a manner that disturbs other patrons inside or outside the venue and who do not follow the instructions of the staff will be forcibly asked to leave the venue. Tickets will not be refunded in such cases.
