I had a really good time! The transportation worked out well, our two guides were super nice and roasting marshmallow in the volcano's heat was a lot of fun. The hike turns out to be easy since the group size was rather big and we needed to wait for other people. Would definitely recommend booking this trip.

This hike was exceptional! I was wary about it not being as exciting as the other volcano hikes looked but the views were breathtaking and activities were more than I anticipated. You can see views of volcano fuego erupting in the distance, volcano acatenango and agua. It is moderate intensity with a pretty steady incline but takes about 1-1.5 hours. You get good value for your money . 10/10 would recommend

This was a great experience, but I think it's worth mentioning that the pictures are misleading. Pacaya Volcano used to have live lava flowing a few years ago (and it probably will again soon), but these days it's all barren rock and a few hot air vents--not red glowing lava. If you're hoping to see a live volcano in action, you'll be disappointed. If you just want to go for a cool hike, this is a great option.
