I want to suggest this activity to anybody who is in doubt: it is sooo worth it! The only remark I have is that you should not expect the hike to be very easy. It is manageable, but don't expect the walk in the park, you gonna have to sweat for it!! Such a great pairing with the hot springs - outstanding experience. Relaxes your tired muscles as best as possible! Lunch was also very delicious. I highly recommend this tour!

Amazing tour guide, tour, and much needed relaxation afterward

Our tour guide Erika was phenomenal! Friendly, fun, informative, and stopped/slowed down when I needed a breather. No judgment. The tour was great! No lava the day we went but the lava rocks and remains of the big eruption looks like a movie set. After the tour we had lunch and much needed soak in the thermal circuit at Santa Tersita. The perfect end to a great morning.
