You must be outside or somewhere visible from the street. Driver will call your name, which will be on their list as well. Please feel free to contact us via whatsapp with your ticket number, once you get to your location so we can keep track of your pick up. Airport pickups: Take the right exit, towards the blue wing and wait outside the doors of BARETTO's coffee shop. (next to the blue visitor entrance) Other location pickups: Be at the front door of your location or somewhere near the entrance, you must be visible from the street.

Pick-up was on time. Due to the Semana Santa Procession in Antigua, we received a message beforehand telling us where the new drop-off would be (still very close to downtown). Communication was flowing perfectly and everything went smoothly :-)

Following text messages from your dispatcher and the shuttle driver, the driver came back to retrieve me. Traffic to Antigua was challenging, but your cleaver driver did a great job dealing with the bad traffic.
