Planning Your Antalya Visit

Best time to visit?

Antalya is Turkey's most popular coastal resort for a reason – it's one of the country's sunniest cities! Summer temperatures frequently exceed 35°C (95°F), so if you're used to a cooler climate, you'll probably find late spring (April to May) a lot more tolerable.

How many days?

There's a lot to see and do in Antalya, so book a week in order to enjoy the beaches and natural attractions without having to hurry your sightseeing!

What people are saying about Antalya

Not quite as advertised but still great value for money! It took a long time (over an hour) to pick up all the passengers but we then headed to the pirate ship for a cruise down the river. We stopped to spend some time on a deserted beach then back to the moore for lunch (chicken, rice and salad). Next stop was the bazaar for shopping and then short stop at the small waterfall which was nice but unimpressive. Would recommend.

Cenglis was the best tour guide ever! He was fun and very knowledgable. He was informative of what to expect during the day and made appropriate break times for us to explore the different locations we visited. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would definitively recommend it to anyone coming to Antalya. Hotels need to allow tour drivers to go through the security gate to pick up travelers from reception though.

Wow wow wow, where do I start! This was the best ever excursion we did in Turkey. Pamukkale and Hierapolis is majestic, white cotton castle is out of this world, the swim in Cleopatra pools is priceless. This includes our tour guide. He is very knowledgeable, kind and attentive. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Turkey. As for us, we are definitely coming back thank you Nirvana tours. Sifelani & Sam

The tour itself is a good day out great views from the cable car and mountains. First waterfall you go to is especially nice good way to fill a day while on holiday. What stood out was the tour operator jenghis. He is an absolute credit to the business that puts together these tours. Extremely knowledgeable, very funny and absolutely made the day. Thankyou Jenghis apologies if it's spelt incorrectly.

The van was new and comfortable, with usb outlets in case you need to charge your devices. We had an extra stop at the Salda lake which was a nice addition. The lunch was delicious, and on top of that the guide was flexible and so we could diverge from the tour when we wanted, just making sure that we were at the meet up point on time. Overall great experience!
