Angels Landing

Explore the slot canyons of East Zion and ride in a UTV on this adventure tour. With a guide driving you around, sit back and enjoy the experience. Navigate through diverse terrain to reach the canyons and then hike to explore the deepest parts of these remote areas. Start with a thrilling ride in a customized off-road machine leading to a slot canyon, far from any paved roads. Once at the canyon's mouth, the hike begins. The red canyon walls stretch over 100 feet high on either side, with a gap of only 6-10 feet between the walls to hike through. Led by a guide and local expert, the tour continues on foot through the canyon while learning about Native American history and geographical information. Large boulders frequent the route, requiring climbs of 8-10 feet with the guide's assistance. After traveling the desired distance into the canyon and capturing stunning pictures of these sandstone formations, hike the same route back to the vehicle and return to the meeting location. *Please note you must be physically capable of climbing up and over 8-10ft tall boulders. This is a fairly strenuous tour. *Certain months of the year, there may be standing water present in the canyons. During these times, we will take an alternate route to a second slot canyon, to ensure our guests stay safe and dry!

Experience a guided tour of the Grand Canyon, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Then head on to Lower Antelope Canyon (entry not included), where you can take photos of the sweeping views at this popular scenic spot. Relax knowing transportation to and from your hotel, accommodation, and breakfast is taken care of. Day 1: Begin by getting picked up at your hotel in Las Vegas. Get taken in an air-conditioned van to your first stop, the Grand Canyon. Follow your guide to the South Rim of the Canyon, the most popular viewing spot, and take in sweeping views whilst listening to informative commentary from your guide. Next, pay a visit to the new visitor’s center, where you can learn even more about the canyon. Then see the view from Mather’s point, another popular spot that offers multiple vistas. Continue on to Desert View Watchtower where you can view the entire Grand Canyon. Head to your hotel in the evening. Day 2: Begin day 2 with breakfast at your hotel. Afterward, make the drive to Page, Arizona, and visit the Lower Antelope Canyon and Zion National Park. Take plenty of photos of this natural formation where the sunlight gleams through the canyon ceiling. See breathtaking views of Lake Powell and the Horseshoe Bend, a dramatic turning in the Colorado River. Depart with your group from the town of Page back to Las Vegas in our van/tour bus.

Embark on a three-day trip to the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Zion Park from Las Vegas. Take in the dramatic landscapes and breathtaking views, and learn about the habitats and geology from your guide. Day 1: LAS VEGAS – GRAND CANYON – PAGE Start the day traveling Southeast through the desert and through the Navajo Indian reservation. Arrive at the Grand Canyon and tour along the south bank and learn how throughout the years the Colorado river carved its way down to the sea and created the wonderland for geologists. After lunch, continue along the canyon east stopping at some of the many Indian market places to browse the handmade arts and crafts. Then head to the Page and Lake Powell area for the evening where you will stay at the Quality Inn View of Lake Powell. Day 2: ANTELOPE CANYON – BRYCE CANYON Start the day as you tour the Antelope Canyon and visit the spectacular dunes created by the wind, water, and sand. Then head west to Bryce Canyon home to the most amazing natural sculptures of the world. See amazing rock and sand sculptures honed to perfection over thousands of years of rain wind and sunshine. Experience the unique changing of the colors during the sunset from one of the vista points in the park (may change due to changing sunset times). After the visit, head towards the town of Kanab where you will stay overnight at the Days Inn Kanab. On certain departures, tour will continue to Cedar City for overnight. Day 3: ZION PARK – LAS VEGAS After breakfast, head into Zion park. Tour the park and enjoy a short walking trail along the Virgin river that runs through the park. Then head back for an early evening arrival in Las Vegas.

Day 1: LOS ANGELES – SANTA BARBARA – 17 MILE DRIVE – CARMEL Depart north up the spectacular California Coast to the first stop in Santa Barbara. Visit a Spanish Mission and continue to Solvang, a quaint Danish community to browse in the local shops. Head north to the world-famous Route #1 where you'll get to see the spectacular California coastline up close (small vehicles will travel the southern portion of route 1 while full-size coaches will travel the 17-mile drive exclusively). Visit the town of Carmel and enjoy some free time to stroll in town before departing to reach your hotel at the Spring Hill Suites by Marriott Oakland Airport. Day 2: SAN FRANCISCO – BAY CRUISE – GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE – CHINATOWN Start your tour at the Fisherman’s Wharf with a cruise in the world-famous bay. See great views of both the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz Island on your way to Sausalito. Return to Pier 39 for a leisurely lunch before an afternoon tour that takes in all the city’s famous landmarks, including the Golden Gate Bridge, Union square, Chinatown, and Nob Hill. Stay overnight in Modesto. Day 3: MODESTO – YOSEMITE Summer Route: Head east through the farmlands of the Joaquin Valley to Yosemite National Park. Stop at El Capitan, Bridal-Veil Falls, and Half Dome. After a beautiful day in the park, head to Stevenson Ranch and stay the night at the Comfort Inn and Suites Stevenson Ranch. Day 4: STEVENSON RANCH – LAS VEGAS Head east through the desert and Death Valley to arrive at the gambling capital of the world: Las Vegas. Stop for lunch at the outlet mall in Barstow and in the evening, take a tour of the strip to see some amazing hotels such as Caesar’s Palace, Luxor, Mirage, Paris, Venetian, Bellagio, New York New York, Treasure Island, and more. Stay overnight at the Harrah’s Hotel. Day 5: LAS VEGAS – GRAND CANYON – PAGE Start the day traveling through the desert and through the Navajo Indian reservation before you arrive at the south bank of the Grand Canyon. After lunch, continue along the canyon east stopping at some of the Indian market places to browse the handmade arts and crafts. Then, head to the Page and Lake Powell area for the evening where you will stay at the Quality Inn View of Lake Powell. Day 6: ANTELOPE CANYON – BRYCE CANYON Tour the Antelope Canyon and visit the spectacular dunes created by the wind, water, and sand. Then head west to Bryce Canyon, home to the most amazing natural sculptures in the world. Experience the unique changing of the colors during the sunset from one of the vista points in the park (this may change due to changing sunset times). After the visit, head towards the town of Kanab, where you will stay overnight at the Days Inn Kanab. On certain departures, the tour will continue to Cedar City for the night. Day 7: ZION PARK – LAS VEGAS Head into Zion Park and enjoy a short walking trail along the Virgin River that runs through the park. Arrive in Las Vegas and head towards Los Angeles for a late night.

Experience the sunset from atop a cliff in Eastern Zion on this guided off-road Jeep tour. Witness incredible sweeping views of Zion National Park's remote backcountry and stop at special viewpoints, free from crowds and interruptions.  Depart just before sunset. After a short drive on the highway, officially begin your off-road adventure. Enjoy the ride as your guide maneuvers the rugged trail, ending at a western-facing viewpoint just in time to watch the sun descend behind the cliffs of Zion. From this breathtaking location, see views of the West Temple, Parunuweap Canyon, Elephant Gap, and other major Zion landmarks. Take in the scenery and capture the experience with plenty of photos before hopping back on the Jeep again.  After another exciting Jeep ride and stop at a viewpoint, return to the starting point of the tour at Thunderbird Lodge.

Get back to nature and encounter the dramatic rock formations of Arizona on a three-day trip into Monument Valley, Antelope Canyon, and the Valley of Fire. Take a jeep tour of the Navajo Nation with a native guide, and get spectacular views from Horseshoe Bend. Avail of the chance to shop at the boutique stores and arts and craft shops of Sedona and more. Day 1: Las Vegas – Sedona Start the day by traveling across the Mojave Desert and head up the Colorado Plateau. Journey along historic Route 66 as you make your way to Sedona. Then, take in the spectacular landscape of Oak Creek Canyon as it descends 2,000 feet (610 meters) to the valley floor. Stop to take photos of the red rocks and surroundings at the Oak Creek Canyon Overlook and Slide Rock State Park. Break for lunch in Sedona and browse the authentic Native American arts and crafts stores. Then, head into the surrounding desert to visit the Chapel of the Holy Cross and get panoramic views of Sedona's red rock formations, including Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte and Cathedral Rock. Depart Sedona in the late afternoon and drive to Page for your overnight stay at Clarion Inn. Day 2: Monument Valley – Horseshoe Bend Head into Monument Valley to discover one of the Iconic symbols of the American West. Venture deep into the heart of the autonomous Navajo Nation, where the sandstone rocks tower from 400 to 1,000 feet (up to 300 meters) tall. Marvel at the near-vertical mesa buttes and see indigenous shrubs and trees. Take a jeep tour led by a member of the Navajo tribe, and go down into the valley to experience firsthand why they call this land “like no other place on earth.” Then, head to the mighty Colorado River. Visit Horseshoe Bend for a spectacular view, unique to the region. Continue to Lake Powell for your overnight stay at the Clarion Inn in Page. Day 3: Antelope Canyon – Valley of Fire – Las Vegas Start the day where “the water runs through the rocks” as per the local Navajo folklore. Tour the Antelope Canyon and visit the spectacular dunes created by the wind, water, and sand; there are no words to aptly describe these formations created by Mother Nature. After the tour, depart this amazing area and start making your way back to Las Vegas, along the way stopping for a lunch break and then visiting the “Valley of Fire,” named for the magnificent red sandstone formations created from shifting sands and dunes during the age of the dinosaurs more than 150 million years ago. The visit is timed to be able to see the appearance of the valley being on “fire” when reflecting the powerful sun’s rays into the valley (weather permitting). Depart the Park for an early evening arrival in Las Vegas.

Walk around the Emerald Pools trail, enjoy the Temple of Sinawava, the Great White Throne, Weeping Rock, and visit the interpretive Human History museum where you can listen an entertaining rangers talk on the patio. After a full afternoon in Zion, head to Bryce Canyon, a giant natural amphitheater created by erosion, along the eastern side of the Paunsaugunt Plateau. Bryce is distinctive due to geological structures called hoodoos. These red, orange, and white spires provide spectacular views. The canyon is considered by many to be the most scenically diverse place in the world! Tuck into a BBQ and a fun evening around the campfire with your new friends. Then set up camp in a full-service campground with hot showers, a swimming pool, hot tub, and Wi-Fi. The lodging option is in Bryce Valley Inn or similar accommodation. Day 2 Monument Valley(Meals: Breakfast, Lunch) Wake up early and head past Lake Powell with an optional tour of Antelope Canyon. Later, head to Monument Valley for a 4x4 Jeep journey deep into the Navajo lands. Here, snap some photos of the most iconic Western landscapes. Then, camp along the rim of Monument Valley in another full-service campground with hot showers and Wi-Fi, casting your gaze up at the stars in the sky. Day 3 The Grand Canyon(Meals: Breakfast, Lunch) After a short visit to a traditional Navajo Trading Post, opt for an optional helicopter ride for a bird's eye view of the Grand Canyon. If this isn't for you, stroll along the rim or take a hike into the magnificent canyon. Listen to your guide's interesting details of this Natural Wonder of the World before enjoying plenty of time to relax and enjoy its beauty. Then, drive back to the bright lights of Las Vegas. Start at around 5:20 AM with a pickup (strip hotels and surroundings) and guided narration. Learn about Las Vegas’s history as you head towards the Utah border. Stop in Mesquite Nevada or Hurricane UT, depending on the time of year, for a break on the way to Zion National Park. Discovered by Mormon settlers in the 19th century, at the junction of the Colorado Plateau, Great Basin and Mojave Desert provinces in Southwestern Utah, Zion National Park covers 229 square miles of dramatic landscape with sculptured canyons and soaring cliffs. Follow the paths of ancient native people and pioneers. Gaze up at massive sandstone cliffs and brilliant blue sky. Experience wilderness in a narrow slot canyon. After 1.5 hours of exploring Zion, sit down for a lunch, then head to Bryce Canyon for the second part of your tour. See the canyon's stunning hoodoo formations, red cliffs, pink soil, and ponderosa pines, and wonder why the area was not incorporated into the nearby national park. After approximately 1.5 hours of hiking or sightseeing through the scenic, red-tinged moonscape, head back to the vehicle for your comfortable return trip back to your hotel in Las Vegas, stopping for restroom breaks along the way.
