Then you will leave for the great and sea city of Kalamata. There you can have free time and explore the marvellous city and have luch until you return back to Athens.

Epaminondas liberated Messinia in 370 – 369 BC. from Spartan influence and built the capital of the free Messenians at the foot of Itomi. 2:30 PM - TASTING TRADITIONAL DESSERTS OF THE SPOON We will visit a workshop with traditional spoon sweets and by tasting we will be able to learn various secrets about them. 3:30 PM - TASTING LOCALS TRADITIONAL PASTA We will visit a workshop that makes local pasta and they will show us how it is made. There we will have the opportunity of tasting. 5:00 PM - Return to the hotel
