You will depart from the city of Huaraz between 5:00 AM and 5:30 AM, embarking on an exhilarating adventure to Lagoon 69. This beautiful lake is nestled beneath majestic mountains and is part of Huascaran National Park. Along the way to the lake, you'll traverse the stunning Llanganuco Gorge, where you'll encounter other enchanting lakes in the area. Your hiking journey begins at Cebollapampa, situated at 12,631 feet above sea level, where you'll ascend on a zigzag trail leading you to Lagoon 69. This incredible body of water, with its brilliant blue hue, sits at an altitude of 15,255 feet. Surrounded by the imposing snow-capped peaks of Chacraraju and Nevado Pisco, their majestic silhouettes reflected in the serene waters create a truly awe-inspiring and unforgettable landscape. Finally, you'll return to the city of Huaraz, concluding this remarkable adventure.

Between 8:30 and 9:15 AM, you'll be picked up to then leave the vibrant city of Huaraz towards the astounding Pastoruri Glacier. On the way, your first stop will be at San Patricio Cave, followed by Parco where you'll admire the majestic mountains of the Cordillera Blanca. The journey continues to the charming Pato Cocha Lake, home to local wild ducks. Explore further, visiting the carbonated water source of Puma Pampa and the impressive Puyas Raymondi. Next, you'll head to the serene Pumapashimin lagoon, from where you'll embark on an hour-long hike to reach the majestic Pastoruri Glacier, a crucial part of the climate change route. After marveling at this natural spectacle, descend and proceed to a tourist restaurant for a revitalizing lunch. Finally, you'll return to the city of Huaraz, concluding your tour filled with fascinating explorations and unforgettable landscapes. Finally you will be back in Huaraz between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM.

Between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM, you will depart from Huaraz to the picturesque Callejón de Huaylas, beginning your journey in the charming town of Carhuaz. Here, you indulge in a tasting of artisanal ice creams made from local fruits and explore the town's church and square. The adventure continues with a stop at the Yungay cemetery (Ranrahirca – Yungay), where you visit the city buried by the 1970 earthquake and ascend to the viewpoint of Cristo Blanco to enjoy the panoramic view. Following the itinerary, you head to the stunning Llanganuco Lake (Chinancocha at 12,631 feet above sea level). This turquoise lake is surrounded by Queñuales forests and is flanked by the majestic peaks of Huandoy, Yanapaccha, and Huascarán, creating a dreamlike landscape. After exploring the beauty of Llanganuco Lake, you descend to relish a delicious lunch at a local tourist restaurant. Finally, you embark on your journey back to Huaraz, making your last stop in the charming town of Taricá, where you observe the crafting of clay-based crafts, concluding your tour in the city of Huaraz.

Pick up at hotel - Callejon de Huaylas - Caraz - Laguna Paron After the pick up at the hotel (8:00 am approx), we go in our mobility to the city of Carhuaz, where we will make a brief stop where we will see its main square and also be able to buy some food or drink that we may forget. After them we will go to the city of Caraz which is 70 km north of Huaraz, here we undertake a gradual ascent through an unpaved road passing by picturesque villages to the Laguna Parón. Once in the Parón lagoon we can take advantage of the time to walk around the lagoon and observe the wild Andean flora; in addition to observing the most important pyramidal mountains of the Cordillera Blanca such as Artesonraju, Piramide Garcilazo and Caraz. Its beautiful turquoise waters make this place an impressive destination. In addition, there is a walking option (40 min approx.) along an almost vertical zigzag path and some parts on rocks to the viewpoint; Place from where you can appreciate the lagoon in all its amplitude. After spending some time and taking many photographs, we will return by the same route to the city of Caraz and continue to Huaraz. End of the tour between 18:00pm approx.

Itinerary We will meet at the indicated time in the main square of Trujillo, and from there we will go to the archaeological site of the Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon. Next to the remains of these ancient huacas or sanctuaries, we will learn what society was like in the Trujillo Valley during the pre-Columbian Moche period. We will continue the tour visiting the Huaca del Arco Iris, also known as Huaca del Dragon. In this archaeological site we will explain the beliefs and traditions of another pre-Columbian people: the members of the Chimu culture. We will also stop in front of the stelae and murals found in this site to try to decipher their dragons and other sacred forms carved in adobe. The next stop will take place in Huanchaco, a picturesque fishing village where we will see its traditional fishing boats, the Caballitos de Totora. In this fishing town we will leave you free time for lunch. After lunch we will visit the ancient citadel of Chan Chan, built by the Chimúes. Today, this great complex, declared a World Heritage Site, is the largest adobe city in the Americas. During the tour of this architectural jewel, we will visit the walls of Nik An, the ceremonial squares, the granaries and the ancient cemeteries. At the end of the guided tour of Chan Chan we will return to the main square of Trujillo, where we will arrive at 6:00 pm.

Itinerary 09:30 We head to the Moche countryside and appreciate the way of life of the Mocheros, both in their craftsmanship, expressed in the manufacture of ceramics, leather work, wood and stone carvings, basketry, among others, and in their gastronomy. Finally we arrive at the Huacas of the sun and the moon, considered a Mochica sanctuary made up of a group of monuments that physically represented the capital of the Mochica culture from the first century B.C. to the ninth century. Time for lunch Then we continue to Chanchan, formed by 9 citadels or palaces. Each one has similar formal characteristics such as: its monumental scale, the very restricted access, the complexity and elaboration of its architectural forms. We continue the tour arriving at Huanchaco, traditional fishing cove, whose inhabitants to date retain many of the customs of their Mochica ancestors; so much so that the tiny boats called “caballitos” made of reeds are still the main working tool of the current fisherman huanchaquero. 6:00 pm End of the tour.

-We will start this adventure by picking you up from your hotel in Huaraz (near or at the main square) between 4:00 - 5:00 a.m. -We will travel to Huascaran National Park, upon arrival we will leave the car and start a hike uphill, on the way we will see the richness of the endemic flora and fauna of the area. -The hike will be on average more than 2 hours to reach the Laguna 69, upon arrival we will enjoy a brief explanation, time to explore the area and for photographs. -You will have time to have lunch on your own, then we will return to the entrance of the park where you will find the transportation that will take us back to the city of Huaraz. -Estimated time of arrival in Huaraz: 20:00 p.m.

Attend a briefing with a mountain guide he day before the trek. Then, start your day at 2:45 AM with pickup from your hotel in Huarez. Heading north, you will soon enter the Ulta Valley at Punta Olimpica, base of Nevado Mateo at 15,420 feet (4700 meters) above sea level. After a brief breakfast stop, start your hike to the summit of the mountain, passing through the moraine. Once at the summit at 16,896 feet (5150 meters), take in breathtaking views of the snowy peaks of the Cordillera Blanca. Nevado Mateo is a mountain of easy access, perfect for beginners. The summit of Mateo offers beautiful views over the highest Peruvian mountains, such as Huascaran, Chopicalqui, Ulta, Contrahierbas and others.

Itinerary The tour starts at 2:00 pm, we will meet at the Plaza de Armas in Trujillo to go to the Casa Campo Alcor, a center dedicated to the breeding and care of Peruvian horses. Peruvian Paso horses are characterized by their particular way of walking sideways, known as paso llano. We will have the opportunity to watch a show of these horses led by their "chalanes", as the Paso Paso horse riders are known, while we enjoy the majesty and harmony of their trot. We will also have the opportunity to see a marinera show, the national dance of Peru, declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Nation.0 The marinera with Peruvian Paso horses is one of the great tourist attractions of Trujillo and this region of the country. It is performed in pairs and accompanied by music while the dancers and riders dressed in typical costumes show their graceful and elegant movements. After the show, which will last between 30 and 45 minutes, we will return to Trujillo, and we will say goodbye at 4:00 p.m. at the same point of departure.
