What people are saying about Anaya Palace

We can't sing the praises of our very friendly and knowledgeable guide, Alexandra, loudly enough. She led our two first Get Your Guide tours in Salamanca, the first of the University of Salamanca and the second of the Monastario del San Esteban. She did a terrific job on each. As a native of the town she was able to share both institution's rich history in Spain and the world as well as reveal the small idiosyncrasies that help reveal additional sides of each place (did anyone in your group find the frog?) We wholeheartedly recommend Alexandra and this experience and hope she will be available to lead us on any future tours of Salamanca when we return.

Alexia gave us a really interesting and informative tour. A former under to postgraduate student of the university she knew the history intimately and was able to answer all our questions easily including mine about the involvement of women early in the university’s history. Not many but some and she knew all about them. I highly recommend her tour.

Alexia is amazing. We were fortunate to be the only two people that morning, so we were able to ask so many more questions than we had originally anticipated. Alexia is highly knowledgeable and incredibly friendly which made for a intellectually fun and engaging tour. Brava! I highly recommend.
