If you wanna have a relaxed day, this is a great option. You can easily spend a day in here, it is a big zoo and can see a lot of animals. There is also a place to eat inside if you like, but if you looking for other options you can go on the surroundings outside the zoo too.

This is a hidden gem in the heart of Amsterdam. There were the usual variety of animals including seals, elephants, lions, butterfly area. It's laid out perfectly and offers plenty of opportunities to simply sit on a bench and enjoy. Artful landscaping throughout. Toilets aplenty. Refreshment areas too. A perfect morning/afternoon outing for everyone.

My husband and I absolutely loved this zoo. We'd never seen wolves at a zoo before and thought they were so cute and fun to see! We also loved seeing that the animals had so much room to roam in their "homes," and some of them seemed as if they had pretty open "cages." It didn't seem like they were in captivity, either, and that they were happy and enjoying their environments. Would highly recommend going!
