I got the tickets online thru your website. It would have been nice if it would have been CLEAR, that you had to download your app, to get the QR code for the entrance of the Royal Palace. You are a third party company and the Royal Palace won’t except printed tickets or receipt from my phone! Had to download your app and get the QR code for them. The tour itself was wonderful, informative and I really enjoyed it.

I think the thing that was most important was the easy that we gained entry and the professionalism of all the staff. The Palace itself was well laid out and easy to navigate, we were lucky perhaps because it was not too busy, as the entrance areas for most rooms were very small ( ie allowing in a maximum of two) we were able to take pictures without rushing and holding others up.

Excellent staff made entry very easy and the cloakroom facility is so efficient allowing you to then wander at will without concern regarding bags or coats. The audio guide is very clear and greatly adds to one's appreciation of the different aspect of the palace.
